An all-time favorite, Cinnamon Creamed Honey is great for breakfast, in hot drinks, just all-around comfort food.
Creamed honey is produced by controlling the crystallization process, melting all the coarse crystals, and adding a ‘seed ‘ of smaller crystals to produce smooth honey. We also add flavors, dried fruits, spices, to produce a creamy flavorful, and nutritious spread. the added fruits, however, must be dried, moisture removed, or the honey will not crystallize, it will ferment and go sour. Moisture is controlled and monitored throughout the entire process.
Our creamed honey is honey we have harvested, and the fruits we use are Missouri grown and dried. We select berries, over other fruits, as they provide good nutritional qualities, and antioxidants, adding a great quality to the goodness of honey.
